1. Why are your prices so low? We sell licenses and subscriptions in large amounts or provide Shared Access to premium subscriptions. This will allow us to divide the cost and pass the enormous savings on to you, making premium software and entertainment affordable to all.

2. How and when will I receive my order? We workers whip as light as lightning! Your login or license key will be sent to you through email or WhatsApp as soon as we discover your payment (typically 5–10 minutes).

3. Would these be stable and safe accounts? Yes! Our accounts are of good quality, stable, and certified by warranty. As third-party resellers, we ensure that we have genuine access at half the price.

4. What is Shared Access? Shared Access denotes that you share a high-tier account with a small group of people, yet receive a personal profile or page (with services such as Netflix or Disney+). The settings should not be changed in order to make the account run smoothly.

5. Is it possible to modify the email or the password? No. Keep the email, password, and billing information unchanged. In so doing, you will activate security locks and forfeit your warranty. In case you require a fully private account to update information, contact support and get certain prices.

6. What should I do in case my account is not working anymore? Don’t worry! We offer a warranty for every subscription throughout the course of the plan. If you face issues: Send it to our support. Provide a screenshot of the error. We will correct the problem or give a replacement immediately.

7. Do you offer refunds? Yes. In case of an impossible repair or a functioning substitute to the purchased service, we will refund the full price.
